The fruits of hormone therapy, ketogenic diet, and exercise

I think my lipids look MUCH better, if not exactly rosy. I'm probably definitely more likely to fall in front of bus than have a heart attack tomorrow, for example.

A1C dropped 1.1 points (!) so I think its safe to say I'm doing something right.  I think its mostly my very low carb diet, judging by glucose meter spot tests, but the Metformin (500mg 2xDay) and Cinnamon I've been taking have helped too.  I still have a way to go, and that can only mean more exercise.  I've been trying to push myself to keep moving, even when I'm in a lot of pain.

And of course the testosterone drop is heavenly relief!  The Spironolactone (150mg 2xDay) seems to be the ideal dose for me right now:  I've found a balance with water intake (about 5-6 liters a day), salt intake (quality salts to taste but I'd guess around 4mg a day), and dealing with having to go pee hundreds of times a day.   I think I could use more Estradiol (.1 mg/day patches), but 68 is great!!
